On July 4, 2026, our fighters also participated in the TFK1 tournament, promoted by Adrian Kupaj. The event took place in Kalisz at the “Berserkers” club. Arkadia was represented by two fighters in the Pro-Am K1 formula:
- Jakub Nowakowski (Weight category 75 kg)
- Aziddine Gaffa (Weight category 75 kg)
Aziddine was originally scheduled to fight Łukasz Grudziecki in a professional bout, but Łukasz suffered a toe injury during preparation and couldn’t fight that day. Nevertheless, both fighters stepped into the ring for a face-to-face staredown, officially announcing their fight for September 26, 2026, in Opatówek near Kalisz. The face-to-face was held in an atmosphere of mutual respect, though you could see sparks flying.
Jakub Nowakowski was the first of our fighters to step up, facing Sebastian Cieślak from Berserkers Kalisz. The fight ended early – due to the strikes received, the opponent suffered an injury in the first round and did not come out for the second. Thus, Jakub recorded his first victory in the Pro-Am formula.
In the next bout, Aziddine faced Georgian fighter Andria Beridze from Gladiator Kutno. This fight also ended early in the very first round. Early in the match, Aziddine hit his opponent with a left knee to the ribs, resulting in a standing count. Later, near the end of the first round, our fighter landed a right knee to the liver, which decisively ended the fight in his favor.
It was a great day for Arkadia’s fighters. The experience gained will certainly translate into the further development of our team.
